Long time I thought I have to pay for FL-Studio, Renoise or Magix Music Maker. One evening I had the idea there could be a open source free software for music production. So I found LMMS. Fl studio free chord progression pack. Now I only use LMMS for making music. I use Audacity for making radio. I am very happy that LMMS exists, I dont want to use FL-Studio. FL studio is a commercial DaW. LMMs is a free DAW. While the developers have done a good work. But there always is a gap between a focussed development at a cost and development by open community. LMMS or Linux Multi Media Studio is available for Linux, Windows and Mac. LMMS supposably took inspiration from FL studio and should be easy to understand when you are switching from that platform. I however don’t know FL studio so I can’t say for sure and I was struggling to get started quite a bit.

I know some guys using cracked version of FL-Studio. I can not imagine that you have sucess using illegal software.
At all, I am happy that free software exists. GIMP, LMMS, Audacity, Open Office, MyPaint, Trelby. I only use free software for being creative.
